“In my profile, it looks like very purposely driven in terms of like when I did my Bachelor, then I did my year abroad, and all that. And it was more kind of a coincidence really. So it was like really one step at a time.
In the beginning, I was aiming for an apprenticeship, and then I took a year off for an OPA year, and I was like, okay, let's do the Bachelor. So it was not really planned.
It looks very structured, very planned, but it was really more one step at a time. And if somebody would've told me like 10 years ago the journey. I would've said that, "Yeah, no way. No way in hell!"”

💬 The Heart-Led Entrepreneur: How Energy, Intuition, and Human Design Shape the Way We Build
If you’ve ever felt like the business world celebrates structure over soul, this one’s for you.
When I sat down with Hanna, a serial entrepreneur, global citizen, and business mentor, I expected insights about marketing, scaling, and strategy.
And sure, we touched on those. But what unfolded was a much deeper, more human conversation about what really fuels success—and how embracing who you are can become your biggest business advantage.
We talked about coffee (she’s forever on a mission to find the world’s best latte macchiato), travel (she’s lived in over eight countries), and what it means to build a business with heart.
But more importantly, we explored the emotional engine behind entrepreneurship: energy.
“Real financial success flows when your energy aligns with what you truly believe in,” Hannah shared. “It's not just about strategy—it’s about who you are when you show up.”
🔥 Overnight Success Is a Myth (And That's a Good Thing)
Looking at Hanna’s LinkedIn profile, you’d think her journey was perfectly planned—Bachelor’s degree, international work experience, multiple ventures. But when I asked what you wouldn’t find on her profile, she smiled and said:
“It looks structured, but it really wasn’t. I just took it step by step. If someone had told me ten years ago where I’d end up, I’d have said, ‘No way in hell.’”
That’s one of the most refreshing truths we unpacked: nobody really knows what they’re doing at the start.
The path is rarely clear, but it becomes visible as you walk it. And what keeps you going is not just the vision, but the energy behind it.
⚡ Energy as a Compass
Hanna doesn’t just help clients build marketing and sales systems—she helps them find alignment between what they want to do and why they want to do it.
“I work best with people who burn for their idea. If you’re just doing it for the money, I’m probably not your mentor.”
In fact, she’s turned down projects—even great-sounding ones—if the energy felt off. And when she didn’t follow her gut? She paid for it, often not in money, but in time, stress, and drained creativity.
That’s a powerful takeaway: Energy is information.
If something feels off, it probably is.
💡 Human Design and the Wisdom of Waiting
One of the most surprising parts of our conversation was how Human Design helped Hanna better understand herself—and shift how she works.
She’s a Projector who thrives by waiting for invitations instead of initiating. That’s not easy when you’re bursting with ideas.
“It was hard to accept at first. But when I started waiting, it worked way better. People were ready. The energy was right. It just flowed.”
That balance between doing and waiting, between showing up and surrendering, felt deeply relevant—not just for her, but for anyone building something that matters.
🧠 Procrastination, Self-Doubt, and the Power of Color-Coded Calendars
Of course, not everything flows all the time. We talked about procrastination (hello, accounting), self-doubt, and those days when momentum just disappears.
Her coping tools? A six-color calendar that signals urgency and energy levels. Yellow means “should do,” orange means “do soon,” and red? “Do it now—or you’re in trouble.”
“If I feel stuck, I ask myself: is this a repeating pattern? If it is, the reason is always deeper than it looks.”
Instead of pushing through, she pauses, reflects, and sometimes just asks the universe for a sign. She laughs, “You can’t demand the answer right now—but it always comes. Usually when you’re not looking.”
🧘♀️ Recharging Through Movement (and Mindful Fight Club)
When it’s time to reset, Hanna turns to Piloxing—a wild mix of Pilates and boxing, or mindful breathing practices inspired by the Wim Hof Method. It’s all about shifting the nervous system, from pressure to presence.
“You box. You breathe. You stretch. You sweat. Then you rest. It’s this perfect balance of intensity and release. Like business, actually.”
❤️ Leading With Heart (and Saying No When It Matters)
At the core of everything Hanna shared is this: lead with heart.
Whether she’s guiding a founder to market their business or navigating a tough decision, she stays close to one question: “Is this aligned with who I really am?”
Sometimes, that means saying no to free consultations or dream projects when the energy isn’t right. It’s not easy—but it’s necessary.
“When your heart is fighting your brain, trust your heart. Every time I didn’t, I paid for it.”
🎨 Your Childhood Hobbies Know Something You Don’t
Toward the end of the conversation, I asked Hanna what she’d do if money weren’t an issue.
“Honestly? I’d still do what I’m doing. Just maybe on a bigger scale. And I’d bring back more of my old love for graphic design.”
We realized something: Our childhood passions often hold the blueprint for our purpose. They’re still there, waiting to be invited back in.
💭 Final Thoughts
Talking to Hanna reminded me that entrepreneurship isn’t just about building something—it’s about becoming someone.
Someone who’s tuned in, fired up, and willing to follow their intuition, even when it doesn’t make perfect sense on paper.
Because ultimately, your energy is your edge.
“Your skillset matters. Your strategy matters. But your energy? That’s what makes everything work.”
